Technical Notes on Features

  1. PSCI Data Access: Access to PSCI Data via the PSCI Dashboard and/or Manager Reports and/or PSCI Windows are available only for the Ships under License.
  2. Licensed Fleet Segments: There are in total 20 fleet segments and 4 bundles available, with only those corresponding to the List of Licensed Ships being available  to each user.
  3. Next Port of Call Feed: Automation License cost includes AIS integration as a standard and/or API integration or XLS Upload by the Client for all ships and/or XLS or PDF input for Containers, Car Carriers and Cruise Ships ONLY.
  4. Web Application & Defects Dashboard: The provision of Web Application and Defects Dashboard may be provided as an option at the Additional Cost of 75 € per ship per annum, on top of the Automation License Price.
  5. Valid Corporate Mails: Services and correspondence are provided to verified corporate e-mail domains only (i.e. no Gmail, AOL, Yahoo etc.)

 

Commercial Terms on Pricing

  1. Annual Fee Calculation: [ (User License Fee) x Number of  Users + (Number of Licensed Ships) x (Annual Fee per Ship) ], minus discount.
  2. Discounts Scheme: Annual Fees are subject to the following discounts scheme: Amounts 2-5k at 10%, amounts 5-10k at 15%, amounts 10-25k at 20%, amounts 25-50k at 25%, amounts 50-100k at 30% and amounts >100k at 35%. Returning clients who auto-renew at the renewal date will be granted an additional 5% discount on the said scheme from the 1st renewal onwards as a loyalty bonus.
  3. Invoicing: All prices in EUROs, being net, excl. any VAT with an annual commitment invoiced at the beginning of the service cycle. Quarterly and monthly invoicing is subject to an additional premium of 20% and 25% respectively.

Fleet Segments and available Bundles  

Dry Bulk

The Dry Bulk segment is comprised of 5x fleet segments or subsegments as follows :

  • Bulker – Handysize (<35k DWT)
  • Bulker – Handymax (35-50k DWT)
  • Bulker – Supramax (50-67k DWT)
  • Bulker – Panamax (67-100k DWT)
  • Bulker – Cape (>100k DWT)

You may select any of the above fleet segments and/or refer to the available bundle (All dry bulk) or refer to the global fleet (All Ships).

Important Notice :

There are in total 23 fleet segments available, 19 fleet segments on a stand alone basis and 4 bundles also available as fleet segments in the platform. These bundles carry the full weight of the fleet segments of which they are comprised, therefore they should be used with caution.

Tankers

The Tanker segment is comprised of 5x fleet segments or subsegments as follows :

  • Tanker – Small Product (<25k DWT)
  • Tanker – MR1/MR2 (25 – 60k DWT)
  • Tanker – LR1/LR2 (60-125k DWT)
  • Tanker – Suezmax (125-200k DWT)
  • Tanker – VLCC (>200k DWT)

You may select any of the above fleet segments and/or refer to the available bundle (All Tankers) or refer to the global fleet (All Ships).

There are in total 23 fleet segments available, 19 fleet segments on a stand alone basis and 4 bundles also available as fleet segments in the platform. These bundles carry the full weight of the fleet segments of which they are comprised, therefore they should be used with caution.

Containers

The Container segment is comprised of 3x fleet segments or subsegments as follows :

  • Container – Feeders (<10k DWT)
  • Container – Large (10-90k DWT)
  • Container – Ultra Large ( >90k DWT)

You may select any of the above fleet segments and/or refer to the available bundle (All Containers) or refer to the global fleet (All Ships).

Other Types

The Other Ship Types segment is comprised of 7x fleet segments as follows :

  • Vehicle Carrier
  • Ro Pax
  • Offshore
  • Other Type

  • Special Bundles (4) : All Dry Bulk, All Tankers, All Containers, All Ships
